Der 707 war für mich als Ersatz für den 605 interessant - mehr WAN-Anschlüsse, SFT-Port, und dazu die Möglichkeit spürbar schnellerer VPN-VerbindungenBin mehr als zufrieden - der Gerätetausch lief Omada-typisch völlig problemlos, und der 707 läuft top, performant und zuverlässig.

Just moved to 900 FTTP and while the ER605 is a gigabit router and could handle it, I wanted to future proof in case I step up to the 1.6Gbit service.Pros:Good build quality with added bonus of rack mounts in the box.2 x 2.5Gbps ports, one dedicated WAN and one for WAN or LAN.Fast - I'm not pushing it by any means but it has consistently speed-checked at 980Mbps + whereas the ER605 was a consistent 930Mbps.Good configuration options of ports for WAN or LAN.SFP connection can be used for WAN or LAN.Integrates easily into existing OMADA set up; you know what you're getting. Took just over 5 minutes to remove ER605 and get ER707 adopted and connected to internet.Cons:Just the one and it is minor; this unit shipped with a 2-pin shaver-style power supply so I needed to steal the electric toothbrush adapter. Monir issue but wiorth knowing so if you order, you can buy one of these too.

No está mal el router, pero la verdad, por el precio que tiene, debería venir con SFP+ y no solo SFP, así como un usb3.0 en vez de 2.0. Es bastante ridículo a estas alturas sacar dispositivos con esas limitaciones. Contamos con dos puertos WAN a 2.5 pero el puerto óptico que sería el mejor para conectarlo como troncal a switches es de 1G (sfp uno). Mal la verdad. Pero vamos, que es una lástima.

Funktioniert sehr gut. Allerdings war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu erkennen dass es sich um die Hardware Verion ER707-M2 V1.20 handelt und nicht um ER707-M2 V1.60

Avec telenet le modem a une porte de 2.5 giga qui connecte en 2.5 sur le routeur !J’arrive a mes 1gigabit de transfert sur le telephone et pc maintenant!

Leider fehlen dem Gerät im Omada Controller Modus wesentliche Dinge. Zum einen kann man Flow Control nicht aktivieren (außer im Standalone Modus ohne Controller) was dazu führt, dass die LAN Anschlüsse nur mit ca. 300 Mbit arbeiten. Selbst mit Controllerversion 5.12 (welche zurückgerufen worden ist) war die Funktion für den ER707 nicht vorhanden - und TP Link braucht leider neben den ständigen Firmware Rückrufen für Updates elend lange ... Schade.
