I liked the fact that this book went into a written description as well as offered images and modification suggestions if you aren't able.to compelte the full excersizeThey have a few other books and so far all have been great additions to my.pilates workouts.

This book is so well organized, so clear and concise that I couldn't be happier. I didn't have a clear understanding of what the potential of the Pilates Cadillac is so I purchased this book and took it to my next trip to a studio with a Cadillac available for me to peruse. I felt like my time there was so well spent and I have become sold on the Cadillac.
