Silverline 347853 Gewindereparatursatz Helicoil Typ M8 x 1,25 mm
Enthält alles, um Innengewinde in Stahl, Gusseisen und Aluminium zu reparieren. Gefederte Einsatzspulen erzeugen ein stärkeres Gewinde als das Originalmetall. Das Set enthält HSS-Gewindebohrer, Spiralbohrer, Schraubenzieher, Zapfenentferner und Ersatzeinsätze.

una buena idea de reparar la rosca en todo tipo agujeros.en conretamente bloque del motor, audi.he reparado facil y rapido.recomiedo esto y los otros tamaños!

Habe mir dieses Set für meinen Motorblock gegönnt.Bohren, Gewindeschneiden, Einsatz montieren, fertig,wobei ein Aufsatz für den Gewindebohrer von Vorteil ist.

I've just used this today to fix a stripped injector bolt hole in a diesel. The engine casing and thread is aluminium - and after an injector replacement and a leaking seal fix the engine decided it didn't want a thread anymore after it started up! I took the bolt out and no thread was left... I used the included drill bit and lots of oil, cut myself a new hole to the correct depth. I then cut the thread using lots of oil, clearing up as you go. Make sure you follow the instructions. Cut the thread to the required depth, then I inserted not one, but two helicoil inserts stacked to better match the original thread. 3D (3xdepth) helicoil would have been better, but two of the included low depth ones was perfect.Be warned, once the helicoil goes in it expands and it WILL NOT rewind! I torqued the injector clamp up to 25nm and started up - no leaking! I've not drove it yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Perfect, saved myself a fortune and a massive amount of time. A great set of tools which will easily pay for itself after one use. The only negative is the slightly short coils included and the fact that no where can you find info on how long they are when inserted.

Kit di riparazione acquistato per ripristinare la filettatura su cui si avvita il tappo di scarico dell'olio che era presente sul basamento di un motore.Il basamento era in alluminio e non ci sono stati particolari problemi, la tenuta della filettatura è ottima, non ho riscontrato perdite di olio dal motore in corrispondenza dell'helicoil.Tutte le parti del kit sono di buona qualità e hanno svolto il loro compito correttamente.Aggiungo solo due cose per chi volesse cimentarsi in questo tipo di riparazione.1. Consiglio di allargare il forare usando un trapano a colonna2 Nel kit non è presente un giramaschi per poter usare il maschiatore in dotazione.3. Usare olio da taglio o simili per usare l'utensile maschiatore in dotazione.

Para mi gusto, mejor si trajera roscas un poco más largas, pues sólo lleva roscas de 1 cm; pero los recambios se encuentran bien en ferretería. Funciona perfectamente y me ha servido para reparar varias roscas pasadas en aluminio, a las que ahora puedo dar el par necesario. La broca va bien en aluminio y el machón entre también con facilidad

Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung, mit ein wenig handwerklichen Geschick und einem Akkuschrauber lässt sich ein völlig deformiertes Gewinde in weniger als 10 Minuten reparieren. Das Gewinde ist nach der Reparatur zu 100 Prozent wieder hergestellt, sowohl optisch als auch funktional und da das neue Gewinde nun aus Titan besteht sollte es auch keine Probleme mehr bereiten. Günstiger und Professioneller kann man meiner Meinung nach kein Gewinde wieder herstellen. In dem Set sind 24 Ersatzgewinde enthalten, 5 Sterne ohne wenn und aber.
