durchaus positiv überrascht das dass funktioniert, passt aufm Lötkolben,nur fangen die Aufsätze beim ersten Gebrauch und erhitzen, übelst an zu qualmen und zu stinken,aber es macht was es soll.

Hab den Adapter auf meinen Lötkolben nach Anleitung aufgesetzt, passt perfekt. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei, Gewindehülsen sind sehr schnell heiß und werden schön gerade eingeschmolzen. Jederzeit wieder

Einfach ein Super Set und richtig einfach zu handhaben.Einfach die Einpressspitze auf den Lötkolben, entsprechende Temperatur je nach Material einstellen und dann einfach eindrücken.Wenn man die Lochmaße des Herstellers genau beachtet, stellt man so die perfekten Einsatzgewinde her.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!

Other than it being a little smaller than I expected, it does work well pressing threads into my 3D prints. Just Make sure that your prints will fit under the iron.

Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Sicher nicht der günstigste, aber echt gut verarbeitet. 5 Minuten dauert der Zusammenbau. Einen Winkel sollte man haben um alles auszurichten. Temperatur lässt sich zuverlässig steuern.

The two adapters provided with this set have a 4mm hole and they fit very well my soldering tool, which is neither a Hakko nor a Weller. The parts in the set are well made, tight tolerances and very good material, great heat transfer from the heating element to the tip. The big plus for this set is the accuracy of temperature control, as good as the soldering tool provides.On the downside, there is no marking of size on any of the tips. Try and err when you need a specific size for an insert. Not enough of a bother for me to subtract from the rating.Not a deficiency of the product, just an advice: with these, it is tempting to try placing inserts free-hand with a soldering tool. If doing it this way, the positioning may not be that precise, nor the alignment. If exact positioning and alignment are not a concern, then this set is great for the job. But if these are of concern, you need a dedicated tool or some mounting frame for the soldering tool to ensure vertical positioning and no horizontal sliding when pressing in the insert.

Ich habe mich voller Entusiasmus auf die tollen Enschmelzhilfen gestürzt.. leider war der Versatz beim einschmelzen für Technische Bauteile extrem zu hoch. Bei der Montage passten die Schrauben oftmals nicht, Fakt war- Bauteile oft unbrauchbar geworden. Habe jetzt beim Anbieter Ruthex bestellt Hülsen + Einschmelzhilfe - Klappt nun Problemlos nach viel Verlust! Wer Billig kauft....schade. Hat mir doch viel geld und Frust gekostet..

The soldering iron is comparable to ones available for under ten bucks. The aluminum rails are pretty decent quality, but the stand is a thin sheet of metal and doesn't have the weight I was expecting for the price.I only received 8 various brass insets so I have to buy more. I really feel like they the quality and value are lacking for the price.

PREMESSA: al giorno d'oggi, la modalità di stampa in 3D sta prendendo piede grazie ai prodotti che sono sempre più eccelsi, precisi e, soprattutto, economicamente molto più alla portata anche dell'utente medio, di colui che si cimenta, che si affaccia nel mondo della stampa in 3D, creando statuette, per poi magari dipingerle e quant'altro.E se il profano incuriosito dalla stampa in 3D accede a questo mondo grazie a costi delle stampanti più accessibili, l'utente medio, che possiede già una stampante in 3D diventa più esperto e così via.Di conseguenza, si rende necessario l'utilizzo di accessori più avanzati per creare progetti più complessi della semplice statuina. Fra questi, la possibilità di poter legare e avvitare più pezzi, stampati in 3D, fra loro.E come fare? Mediante dei dadi in ottone, che devono essere letteralmente surriscaldati e spinti all'interno di apposite scanalature presenti nel progetto stampato in 3D. Questi dadi presentano una filettatura interna per poterci quindi avvitare una vite, le cui dimensioni o lunghezza varieranno a seconda della grandezza del pezzo da stampare.E come fare per inserire questi dadi all'interno del pezzo stampato in 3D? O si usa la punta di un saldatore, SPERANDO che la stessa NON si rovini e che la pressione sia abbastanza uniforme da poter inserire il dado perfettamente in verticale e NON in diagonale, rischiando di buttare ore di stampa e filamenti (più o meno costosi), oppure si utilizzano dei supporti per fusione per saldatore, come quelli che andrò a recensire adesso!I supporti per fusione di DACKZZM giunge in una scatola di plastica rigida e trasparente, richiudibile, con all'interno due perni (di larghezza diversa) creati in ottone, le varie teste per le varie misure, e una comoda pinzetta di precisione.Il supporto lungo andrà innestato nel saldatore, dopodiché la testa va avvitata al supporto. In questo modo si potrà inserire la testa nel dado, così da farlo surriscaldare in maniera più che uniforme, per poi spingerlo nel supporto del pezzo stampato in 3D senza problemi, ottenendo molta più precisione e avendo anche una maggiore facilità rispetto al lavoro che si può ottenere surriscaldando il dado da inserire solo con una normale punta di un saldatore.Il prezzo è anche abbastanza contenuto, e poi la pinza è un gradito plus. Lo consiglio senza esitazioni!
