The converter works exactly as advertised, zero problems. It's really easy to use, plug and play. I'm using it to connect an old PlayStation2 to a recent TV, it's perfect for that.Pros: * Aspect ratio selection:The product has a button to select between 16:9 and 4:3 picture aspect ratio, which is necessary in my use case. Other devices were a disappointment in that matter. * Low power requirement:The PlayStation's USB port is enough to power the converter, so its power cable is plugged in the console and powered by it and both devices turn on and off together, which is very practical. The cable is long enough that you can do this and still hide the converter behind the console. * Picture quality:With a PlayStation, a scart connection like this one delivers a slightly better picture quality than when using an AV cable (yellow round plug). In my opinion, it's worth the higher cost, especially when viewed on a modern screen.Cons: * No on/off switch:Depending on how you power it, you might have to unplug it every time you want to turn it off. It could really benefit from a physical power switch. * Bulky cables:The long scart cable and female-to-female scart adapter at the end are too much for me. They're quite bulky. It would have sufficed if the converter had a female scart plug as input.

Ottimo prodotto.Ho acquistato questo, dopo numerose valutazioni di altri simili, in quanto mi è parso l'unico che permette di vedere sia le cassette VHS (nella quasi totalità in formato 4:3) che i DVD, da due apparecchi separati e forniti di porta scart per l'uscita. Con un semplice interruttore si può commutare da uno all'altro dispositivo, così come è possibile commutare da 4:3 a 16:9 e viceversa. All'occorrenza lo ri-acquisterei.

Wollten unsere Wii reaktivieren, dafür benötigten wir diesen Videoadapter.Anschluß ist trotz der vielen Strippen recht einfach, die Funktion einwandfrei.Systembedingt darf man natürlich kein top HD Bild erwarten, aber das liegt ja nicht an dem Adapter.Also alles OK!

Con este conversor de euroconector a HDMI , puedo seguir utilizando mi DVD y consolas como la WII.No entiendo porque motivo hay que tirar tantísimos aparatos por el simple motivo de que se hagan tecnologías nuevas. ( DEVERIAN HACERLOS COMPATIVLES CON LOS APARATOS QUE YA HAY ; EN TANTISIMOS HOGARES).En mí opinión .
