Dieser Magnetbohrer wurde für präzise und anspruchsvolle Kernbohrungen entwickelt und verfügt über 680 U/min und 980 W Motorleistung. Max. Kernbohrdurchmesser: 1,38 Zoll (35 mm); Max. Verfahrweg: 4,92 Zoll (125 mm). Unser Magnetbohrer kann nur mit Hohlbohrern und ringförmigen Bohrern mit einem Durchmesser von weniger als 8 mm verwendet werden.
Praktisches Zubehör
Es gibt einen Kühlmitteltopf aus rostfreiem Stahl. Das Kühlsystem vermeidet das Risiko von Schäden durch das Eindringen von Staub in die Maschine.
10000 N Ansaugkraft
Die stabile Basis wirkt wie ein leistungsstarker Elektromagnet, der den Bohrer während der Arbeit mit einer Kraft von 2250 lbs (10000 N) fest fixiert und Bewegungen während des Bohrvorgangs verhindert.
Staubdichte Kühlbohrung
Die mitgelieferte Kühlmittelflasche mit Schnellsteckanschluss sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer des Fräsers und reibungsloses Bohren. Außerdem staubdichte Lufteinlass- und Abluftöffnungen zur Temperatursenkung.

I don't know what happened on the price but for $39.95 it was a great deal. I thought it was used or refurbished but it wasn't it was brand new and hadn't been out of the box. I think somebody messed up when pricing it because I went back online and found it on sale for $140.00.

My first impression of how this mag drill runs and how solidly it sticks to my table is that for $185 I paid, no one should expect absolute perfection. What you get is a basic electric motor and electromagnet in a magnetic drill press that solidly works. Therefore it is worth five stars.The one small known problem about the product as I received it, is that I did not get the annular cutter that is shown as included in the package, but instead a regular drill chuck with a Weldon 19mm adapter (European metric standard). It seems to be of very high quality, so I'm not too unhappy about that. One really cannot expect more for the price. However, the fixed 680 rpm speed of the drill is too high for using the twist drill bits that fit in the ordinary drill press style chuck of the kind I received. Twist drill bits require slower speeds to work.So, excuse my ignorance if that is the case, but the second issue is only possibly a problem, as I see it. I have not yet tested for that. It is about the metric vs imperial standard (Weldon 19mm vs 3/4" shank). It seems that the drill takes Weldon 19mm shanks, so do the 3/4" shank annular bits sold on Amazon here in the US properly fit in the drill? I will certainly test that and will update here as I find out.

Functional and handy. Better than a drill press for medium scale fabrication. Bring the drill to the heavy steel instead of vice versa. Set up on fab table as a drill press without taking up shop space

Works great for drilling steel 1/4* and up. The oiler that comes with it is alright for vertical drilling . Other than not having a safety switch on the magnet it's a great buy .
