I like the idea, but the two I purchased aren't reliable and don't work as intended. They get stuck and and doesn't lock into the plate. Very frustrating and they just collect dust on the shelf. I would look at other options out there.

This is a professional level quick release system, it's built like a tank and will cope with my use without breaking a sweat, it's easy to use and with a few of them flipping from one rig to another rig takes a second so if you're looking for a heavy-duty quick release system you can't get much better without venturing into the cinematography sector with much higher prices, all in all, a brilliant system.

I needed some thing particularly to allow me quick removal of my fluid head from my tripod. This is the only quick release tool that ticked all the boxes.As I already owned the Ifootage Tripod it seemed the right thing to do in keeping with this remarkable company.I couldn't believe the quality of this device. Ifootage have kept up the high degree of precision manufacturing in this quick release device. You simply attach the lower section to your tripod base and the other to your fluid head and thats it. Perfect fit and a distinctive click to know your good to go. Of course you can attach this device to your camera if you so desire. This is designed for heavy weight objects and my fluid head is heavy. Can't fault it in any way. Highly recommend this product above all others in this design.
