Many of these types of mounts do not have the ability to change the angle, so if your stem bolts are at an angle, the computer mount has to follow the same angle. However, this mount allows you to change the main angle of the unit and that is very useful indeed. One thing to note - make sure that your bike computer is small enough to still fit on the mount between your handlebars and this mount. Some computers such as the Edge 1040 may have difficulty - so check. You should also check that you can still operate all of the buttons on your bike computer, as on many the start-stop button is on the rear edge of the computers and this could prove difficult to using this mount . In use the Garmin Edge 830 of mine clicked in and out very well and was securely held in position. I have encountered some after-market mounts do not hold the bike computers as securely as I would like., but this one seems to work very well. The mount is well made and comes with a host of different fixtures and fittings to allow other associated equipment such as lights and cameras to be mounted underneath as well.In conclusion, this is a well-made bike computer mount that allows you to vary the angle of your bike computer when fitted for optimum viewing angle.

HOUSON adjustable Bicycle Computer MountHouston makes an adjustable mount version where the mount can be angled up or down, which this is. And a fixed Stem version. I have one of each to try. Neither set came with instructions.Fitting to the bicycle is simple requiring two of the handlebar mount screws to be removed. I fitted both using the lower bolts of head bar. Make a pencil mark on your bar before undoing any bolts so that you can realign afterwards, and be careful to follow manufacturer instructions when tightening bolts as these may have a maximum torque, 6nm on my bikes. As well as the two longer bolts there are two metal tubes and some washers. The tubes I presume are so they the mount is held off from the head, that’s what I used them for. The washers were rather flimsy and poorly cut, I placed them between the bolt heads and body of fixing bracket, after which is the metal tubes over the bolts which screw into the head.It comes with two plastic computer mounts, no information as to which is for what. The one labelled A fitted my Garmin. This screws into the stem with two small hex bolts. Underneath is the option to fit one of two light fixings. One has a slide in clip, and the other is plastic fingers for a Y shaped torch holder with band system to encapsulate light inside. This mount for the Y has three fingers which looks to be compatible with some other front lights. The adjustable mount is tightened by a screw forming a friction mount. This does not seem to have a tightening washer or nylon thread and so far in use I have found it has not stayed put, it drops down through road vibration.
