First after reading the other reviews this is a part of an engraving system . You will need an air source and a control ,and distribution box . This is not a device that works alone there are no instructions since if you get this you should understand what it is and how to use it.I wanted this to have on hand when someone wants to try engraving since normal handpieces run between $400 to $1000 +. In giving this a try I found this clone to give good results right out of the box and with some time will give similar results to my other handpieces . Mine arrived with a total of three quick change collets and a replacement spring and Allen for the set screws.I also ordered the 902 handset and while it worked as it should the gravers are held in with a screw not a quick change and the actual head is a bit off center of the handle and while at times will allow a diffferent angel it feels strange to me . Hope it becomes more normal to me.

Well made… but I had to change the fitting so it will work properly (it was liking) , also one of the the screw was damaged, now it’s working fine I would recommend it.
