Tengo varios cuchillos de arco lo cual estoy contento, pero necesitaba un cuchillo fileteado de hoja fina, que fuera largo y flexible, miré varias marcas y no he encontrado ninguno como este, yo lo quiero para sacar los lomos a un pescado y este incluso va bien para quitar las siete pieles de un rape.

Bought this as a Xmas gift for my partner in 2015. I was impressed with the speed of service from the supplier so it arrived well in time for gift day. In operation this knife is very sharp as one expects from a Global knife and extremely flexible enabling the operator to get right down parallel to the bone resulting a nice large clean fillet. We also used this to slice Serrano ham over the festive period giving us really this delicate slices just like a professional would.

Das ist das beste Filitiermesser was es gibt. Alle Fische die wir in Norwegen gefangen haben, konnte ich problemlos ohne viel Mühe filetieren. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen, wenn ich eins bräuchte.
