I bought several phone holders to compare for office use. I though that a jaw/pole mounted unit would be ideal, and included this one from K&M. While the pole mount was a mixed success, this model working for me relatively well and it still gets routine use, even after the evaluation period.I really appreciate that it is easy to set the phone in place and squeeze the sides in for a secure mount. To release it, press the button on the lower left side.That’s it. Easy Peasy.The pole mount is a mixed bag. I like how it holds the unit securely, but after use, I find that its not the best for my use case. In short, I move around too much. But if you’ve got an ideal space, and a good bar/pole to clamp it to… Then you’re in like Flynn.It is adjustable, and I was able to get it to work with two generations of One+ phones and an older Samsung Galaxy phone. And it clamps and unclamps with one hand. Which was in retrospect, and unstated or unrecognized requirement.My one quibble is that the clamp release is on the left side, instead of the right; but that is super minor that only ergo geeks like me would note. Given the frequency of intended use, This does not detract from the overall value or utility of the holder.This thing does what it intends to do and does it well. Recommended.

Habe diesen Halter an der Hihat montiert, um darauf einen Bluetooth Audio Empfänger zu befestigen. Somit kann zum Schlagzeug üben bequem vom Sitzplatz aus die Musik geändert, gestartet oder gestoppt werden.

Das Smartphone hält sicher und die Befestigung am Stativ ist auch ok.Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Verbindung vom Stativ zum Smartphone könnte beweglicher sein.

The quality of this phone holder is amazing. The attachment part, I believe is made out of steel or a heavy duty metal. The turn knob is easy to use and feels great, the part where you tighten the phone holder to the mic stand attachment easily tightens. I've had cheaper products that you can tell won't last long and will easily break but this does not have that. I can see myself owning this for a long time.There is a button that opens up the side arms and then you put your phone in and squeeze them together to provide a tight grip. There are cushions on the arms and the swing out feet to protect your phone.I would highly recommend this for any musician or anyone that needs to attach to a pole. This is worth the money!!!
