I like these over those blue ones. Only real issue is the one I bought was way too long and I don't think when I purchased there was a shorter option. Overall I was having issues with newer sas drives having PWDIS feature and you can make them work by powering via molex connector which is what this has. The flexibility of these cables vs the blue cables is much better and doesn't feel as bulky on the connector going into the hard drive.

SAS Drives can only be used with an SAS controller!mine is a LSI 9211-8i IT Mode HBA card that i bought used on eBay. It works with SAS and SATA drives.99% of the time SAS drives will not work in a SATA port on your motherboard even with this adapter. This adapter purely let me connect my SAS drives to an SAS controller using SATA PSU cables and SATA data cables.

Ich habe das Kabelset für meinen Testbench gekauft. Funktioniert super am H240. Ein Stern Abzug weil Blau statt Rot - sieht jetzt leider als geplanter Casemod etwas daneben aus und wird auch noch getauscht.
