This is a basic proofing bowl set for making sourdough. It comes with two bowls and cloth liners as well as a bench scraper mixer and blade for cutting the bread.My only complaint is the liner will not cover both the bowl and the bread, but that is a minor concern. For a beginner such as myself, I am still learning what items are worth spending extra on, so I think these will be exactly what I need for now.

I've been looking for some larger banneton bread baskets and this set of 2 -10" baskets is perfect! Comes with 2 cloth liners as well that you lightly flour to prevent your bread from sticking during the proofing and shaping phases. Made of natural rattan, they are hand washable and splinter free. If you use the basket alone without the liner, your bread will take on the circular design of the basket, making it even more interesting! Also comes with a dough whisk, cleaning brush, stencils, 2 dough scrapers, and a bread scoring knife. Everything you need to get started!

This is a lovely assembly of utensils to start someone on a bread making career or hobby. Just looking at this grouping makes me want to go bake bread. It is attractively assembled and would make the perfect gift or housewarming present. The best thing about it is that it comes with 2 bowls and a scraper! It is well made and should provide years of happy baking!

I haven't gotten to use it yet because my starter isn't ready but it is a nice set
