Habe als intensiver Brotbäcker verschiedenes schon ausprobiert. Dieses Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand bzw. ist sehr handlich zu führen. Es ist am Ofen magnetisch zu „parken“. Das völlige Rückführen ins Gehäuse ist sehr sicher.

Ansich gut aber die Klinge bleibt nicht fest stehen sonder bewegt sich vor oder zurück. Magnet ist allerdings super!

Perfektes Teil, zum Unterschied zu traditionellen Teigmessern klein und sicher aufzubewahren.

Funktioniert einwandfrei - ist total einfach zu Bedienen und man muss nicht mehr so aufpassen beim einschneiden. Klinge lässt sich einfach zurück ziehen und somit gut lagern.Preis/Leistung super.

Liegt super in der Hand.Für mich, mit kleinen Händen sehr gut zu gebrauchen.Auch das Wechseln der Klinge funktioniert sehr gut, wegen dem magnetischen Halter.Klare Kaufempfehlung.Finde nur den Preis etwas zu hoch angesetzt.Deswegen ein Stern Abzug

Erfüllt seinen Zweck, ist aber leider sehr instabil. Preis-Leistung passt hier leider garnicht. Positiv ist jedoch das die Klingen alle einzeln verpackt wurden und man sich so nicht verletzen kann.

I was looking for a scoring tool for sourdough bread that was compact and safe and this one caught my eye. While the long handled lames are nice to use they aren't the easiest or safest things to store. I love that this lame scoring tool has a blade that retracts to allow for safe storage. I also really love the magnetic feature. I can easily stick it on an inconspicuous place on my black metal vent hood and that way it is hidden, but easy to access when needed for baking bread. It is comfortable to hold and use. Plus, the additional 10 blades will keep you stocked for a while.At the time of this review the KNIFRTISAM Magnetic Retractable Bread Lame Dough Scoring Tool was losted for $7.99 which is a fair price.

5/16/24 update: went to use this today & blade would not come out. Neeed to open unit & clean off some plastic shavings (tiny & did not come out on bread dough) along where button slides into blade. After cleaning out, blade worked well again. But hoping this doesn't become problem with every use. *I've been using this lame now for a few weeks, & have not had any issues with the slider button. Really only once has it come out half-way out of a few dozen times using. So I upgraded to 5 star. For the price & convenience of magnetically adhering above stove. I do find it challenging to make the curves for a smaller heart design, but otherwise I would recommend. [This came today, 2/23/24, packed well in small box with foam great for storage. I like the size of this lame, & the fact that the blade comes out of egg shape holder almost all the way to score dough; more than others I viewed on Amazon with this slide open style, either round or oval. Each blade is individually wrapped in a little box that comes apart easily & fits in foam slot, but blades are wrapped in individual envelope so you are not getting cut. Blade is very thin, & magnetically fits in slide slot. You really just pry the 2 sides of oval open, insert blade on small round knob above the bigger magnet of device (to hold on to stove or fridge, whatever you want). Then you snap other side of oval. The installation of the blade was easy, & relativity safe, but to actually slide the blade out to use as a lame it is a little frustrating. You have to kind of push & turn your thumb clockwise slightly to get the blade out. Now I did this about 8 times & each time I had to do the push & turn with a certain amount of pressure. I think with use, it may become easier to slide out. I just used to score sides of English Muffin dough & worked well, obviously had to be very careful as I was holding the muffin dough to score but worked well & would have to be extremely careful with any lame I used. I do like that it is magnetic so I can just stick to my stove vent when I'm proofing my bread & getting ready to lame the tops, & when I'm in the bread making mood. I will update in next few weeks as to durability & how the blade movement is.]

I have worked at bakeries and made bread at home and it's always been my least favorite to score the bread.I was absolutely taken back at how easy this lame made it! I lost no, NO rise on the buns scoring them! Very sharp. Very thin so it goes through so easy.I have a little one so we won't be putting this on the fridge any time soon but some day that does sound really convenient to keep magnetized on the fridge. Nice touch.Comes with losts of extra blades.The only issue we had was inserting the blade. We don't know why but it took a second for the blade to catch on the slider so it would rise up. I hope it will be easier next time because it's a bit dangerous.All in all, performance was beyond expectation in cutting but the insertion and blade use the first time could be better.4.5 stars 🌟

Works great. After trying a similar retractable design this one was so much nicer. Works as it should.
