This little backpack is a gem! It is the perfect size for a woman or young adult/ child, and despite its size, it has so much space. I used it overnight on a trip away from home, and it was big enough to hold my iPad, plus sized phone and chargers, a change of clothes, cosmetics and my hair tongs, brush and rollers. I also added a water bottle for the journey. There is a zippered pocket on the outside too which is very useful for quick access to tickets or similar. The shoulder straps are wide and do not rub or dig in, and the backpack was easy to wear and very comfortable.The black colour is in fact more like a very dark grey, with lighter grey edgings and personally I think it more attractive for it. All the zips are sewn in well and there are no loose threads anywhere.I’m really happy with this backpack, it is the most convenient travel bag I have used in a long time and such good value that I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’m giving this bag 4 stars because I returned it but honestly, it depends on what you’re looking for in a backpack. This little bag is just about perfect if you want a small, lightweight, slightly padded backpack and like an easy access pocket that you want to stuff a jacket or something in. I returned it because I recently bought the somake 10l packable backpacks and thought this would be similar. It is and it is not. It’s similar in feel and lightness but this backpack has a thin cushion panel in the back which I wasn’t expecting and doesn’t work so well for my uses since I wanted it for a pool bag that can get wet and dry quickly. It also has a front pocket, I believe they call it a stuff pocket, that only closes by the clip on the front of the bag. So basically that pocket is completely open for everything to fall out. That open pocket is not good for my intended use. The clip also snaps right over the middle pockets zipper making it hard to access the middle pocket. Overall, this is a nice little bag that I would have kept had I not recently bought the packable versions so knew they will work much better for my needs.

Pleasantly lightweight but sturdy. I used this in a week-long trip to Egypt to store everything I needed to take with me each day. Had plenty of room. There is a basic division of internal compartments.Only small concern: whether the side mesh pockets are quite deep enough to hold bottles of water. I had to rescue mine a couple of times but this was not a big issue, and probably reflects the demands of the journeys.Overall, outstanding value-for-money.

I use this for biking back and forth to work. It's small and lightweight but I can still load it up with a lot. Holds large wallet, 2 coffee cups, water bottle, 2 day timers, splash pants, ear muffs and gloves. It's still small enough that I can put it inside my large backpack with my lunch kit on days I need a packed lunch.
