AMAZON were amazing at resolving this and resolved it immediately. The One star review is for the manufacturing company, Zenker, who were quite rude to me in email communications. One of the baking tins arrived with a chip inside the dish. I contacted Zenker to kindly request a refund or replacement for one pie tin (a small amount of money - hardly returning a Gucci handbag) and included a picture of the chip in the tin.I received a reply from Zenker saying, "Unfortunately, we must inform you that, in your case, the damage clearly resulted from not following the provided usage instructions." An outrageous assertion and frankly, untrue. I found the refusal to accept that an enamel dish can arrive damaged to be an insult to general intelligence. as well as being quite unprofessional and inappropriate for a large company.After replying to clarify that the dish was delivered in this state they simply referred us to contact the distributor. I can only suggest that it cost the company more in labour, electricity and administration to reply to me rather than just send a refund or replacement.The pie dishes work, but the attitude from the staff cannot mean an endorsement of them is possible.

the items advertised was 25x25 items delivered wa22x17.5 label says 22cmx16.5 ? I think you need another tape measure but don't get one from AMASON GO TO EBAY THAT IS WHY I GAVE 3 STARS SHAME AS SAID GOOD QUALITY
