This kit is awesome. It comes with everything to replace your analog sticks on the ROG ally. I had the ally opened and the sticks replaced within about 15 minutes. Look up a YouTube video, and follow along. For a pointer, the ally has a sensor in it, so if you don’t tighten the back screws, it won’t allow it to turn on… I spent about 10 minutes thinking I had bricked my Ally, but after some searching I found this out. Also, you have to plug it in to be able to start it back up. As far as the sticks go, they seem just like the OEM ones, but time will tell how they last. If I have any issues, I’ll update this review.

Joysticks feel smooth and high quality. But I especially love that it comes with all of the tools I need for the replacement. The tweezers and plastic pick are very useful. Happy with the purchase!

The kit comes with all the tools you need to crack the case and replace the joysticks. The joysticks feel good with a nice quality. They are even packed in a small hard case to keep them safe during shipping. Great upgrade for the Rog Ally.
