Ok this is a really nice Wok and cooks great. However the seasoning was not straight forward for me. The video and manual advise scrubbing with a scratch pad and soap and water until a paper towel wiped on the wok comes up clean. I scrubbed this thing several times for a long time, and there was still residue remaining. I then took it outside and used my wok cooker to burn off the coating. This worked, but sort of defeats the purpose of buying a pre-burnt pan, thus I remove one star.

Deze stalen wokpan past precies op de speciale ring van het fornuis en heeft de perfecte inhoud. Na het inwerken van de olie is het een plezier om mee te koken !

It is a big pan that I use on a Weber Spirit ouside Kitchen. I was a bit cowed by the whole „seasoning“ cult on Youtube and the „You seriouslg got to know youre doing“ on sochial.It has been one of the most happifying decisions of my life: take out the „flavor bars“ from the Webber Spirit 4 burner gas grill and the feather light wok sits in the middle of three burners in the „sear zone“. With an 11 kg gas tank (wich, contrary to advertising, does NOT fit into the cabinet, so I wriggled it in diagonally with the added benefit that the valve sticks out of a whole on the right side of the Weber - much easier to reach for daily cooking.I could not be happier. Asian Food is on a totally different level, easy to do (prepare, heat to medium hell, toss in and toss up) looks spectacular (wok chi, flames roasting veggies) and has held up admirably (wood handle in themperature heating the barbecue). Full recommendations, will never touch a teflon/induction stove pan again!

Have to read the instructions - remove the shipping layer of oil and re-season!Used a couple of times for stir-frying. No issues. I had cast iron cookware so using and maintaining a carbon steel wok is a piece of cake.
