This headset is absolutely amazing. From the moment I put it on, I could tell it was designed for comfort and performance. I can walk all around my house without any interruption and still have a clear conversation, which is such a huge advantage for my daily routine. The sound quality is crystal clear, making every word come through with exceptional clarity, and I don’t have to worry about any background noise interfering with my calls.The battery life is also impressive. It lasts for hours on end, which means I can easily get through multiple calls without needing to recharge. This is especially convenient during busy workdays when I’m constantly jumping from one call to another.Comfort-wise, this headset is super comfortable to wear, even during long calls. The design hugs the ears perfectly without causing any discomfort, and it feels lightweight enough that I often forget I’m wearing it. It’s been a real game-changer for me, especially since I spend a lot of time on the phone for both work and personal conversations.Overall, if you're on the phone frequently, I can’t recommend this headset enough. It has truly transformed the way I communicate, making it so much easier to multitask while staying connected. Whether I'm cooking, tidying up, or just relaxing, I can keep talking without missing a beat. It's definitely worth the investment!

I would have given it 5 stars, my only complaint is the distance I can walk away from the base is terrible. I work from home and cannot even go down the hall 20 feet and the signal is gone.

Insgesamt ein wenig wertiges Produkt. Der Ständer des Headsets wackelte schon nach wenigen Monaten. Zusätzlich habe ich noch die kabellose Ladestation für mein Handy dazu bestellt. Diese erwärmt das Mobiltelefon so sehr, dass ich in Sorge bin, das mein Mobiltelefon Schaden nimmt. Nun, nach genau 12 Monaten und 4 Tagen ist das Drehgelenk am Headset gebrochen. Dies ist zu dünn gefertigt und ein Schwachpunkt am Headset. Der Kundenservice von Yealink ist unterirdisch. Die Homepage in diesem Punkt eine Katastrophe. Mittlerweile wurde meine Anfrage abgelehnt, keine Kulanz, kein Angebot einer kostengünstigen Reparatur oder eines kostengünstigen Ersatzes. NIE WIEDER YEALINK.

The distance is no more then 20ft from the base. The sound quality at 5 ft away cuts in and out. Worse head set I have ever purchased.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht vom Service und der gesamten Beantragung meines Garantiefalls. Die Hürden sind schlichtweg inakzeptabel und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Wert des Geräts. Es wirkt fast so, als wolle man Kunden bewusst davon abhalten, ihre Ansprüche geltend zu machen, indem man den Prozess unnötig kompliziert und nervtötend gestaltet.Doch damit nicht genug: Die Nutzung der Internetseite des Herstellers ist eine Zumutung. Es war mir nicht möglich, einmal getroffene Cookie-Präferenzen zu speichern. Stattdessen wurde ich auf jeder einzelnen Seite erneut gefragt – ganz offensichtlich ein Versuch, möglichst viele persönliche Daten abzugreifen. Solche Praktiken sind nicht nur lästig, sondern auch äußerst unseriös. Es vermittelt den Eindruck, dass der Hersteller mehr Wert auf das Sammeln von Kundendaten legt als auf einen fairen und effizienten Kundenservice.Ich habe online ähnliche Erfahrungen von anderen Kunden gelesen, die ebenfalls über lange Bearbeitungszeiten und eine schlechte Benutzererfahrung berichtet haben. Viele erwähnen sogar, dass der Kundenservice kaum erreichbar ist oder standardisierte Antworten liefert, die wenig hilfreich sind. Solche wiederkehrenden Beschwerden sprechen Bände über die mangelnde Kundenorientierung des Unternehmens.Für mich steht fest: Dies war definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich ein Gerät von Yealink gekauft habe! Ich kann nur jedem dringend abraten, sich mit diesem Hersteller einzulassen – besonders, wenn man auf einen funktionierenden Service angewiesen ist. Ein absoluter Reinfall!

I have used a lot of headsets, including other Yealink models. The sound quality is very good, which has been my experience with Yealink headsets. There is a lot of flexibilty with this headset including connecting more than one device, connecting via bluetooth, usb, or directly to supported phones, an informative display, and a built in speaker phone. Also, the headset uses dect technology allowing me to move farther from the base than if it were bluetooth only.

This isn't my favorite headset solution I've tried; while I had high hopes, I ended up switching back to my Jabra Evolve 75 after experimenting with this headset:- The screen is attractive, but only works if the dock is physically connected to your computer via a USB cable; Bluetooth isn't sufficient for getting Teams support working. That means you're stuck with a wired connection even if you work from a laptop (as most of us do these days).- The screen functionality is really basic - just call control like hangup, mute, speakerphone, etc. I was expecting a second screen with deeper Teams integration and this falls short of that - the interface doesn't offer a lot of flexibility.- The dock is super bulky and takes up a lot of desk space.- The headset mount is on a pole and a bad combination of difficult-to-dock-the-headset and easy-to-undock-by-bumping.From a sound quality perspective, this is acceptable - calls are clear and the microphone works well, but if you use the headset for music it's apparent it isn't really designed for that. I switch back and forth between calls and music all day, so that was a pretty noticeable shortcoming.All in all, this certainly works as a conferencing headset, but it wouldn't be my first choice and I would definitely choose a Jabra headset without the screen to save desk space and focus my investment on the headset itself rather than on a screen I don't find particularly helpful.
