I have to admit, I was not too sure how to score these car sun blinds. The reason being that they come in kit form, which you have to put together, which of itself is not a problem, except these seems to be overly fiddly, particularly if you have manual dexterity issues like myself.The principle seems sound enough, but the execution leaves something to be desired. For starters, you have to put the whole thing together with very small bits of plastic hooks, in order to hold the curtains and then , slide them into a thin groove in a flexible metalled rod that is then meant to attach itself to the inner window surrounds of your car. All fine assuming that you have enough exposed metal in your window surround to make that attachment. My car doesn't have that much metal to attach to, so getting the blinds to stay in place was an issue.I appreciate that these are 'universal' sun blinds and so, not made to measure, but you will likely need to trim them to fit. However, the design presupposes that car side windows are straight, so where like most cars, the window is at a slight inward angle, this means the blinds don't follow the window angle and just hang straight, so not hugging the window. This will obviously vary, depending on what vehicle you have, but as there is nothing to secure the lower part of the blind to the car door, it means they can flap around when you are driving. There are 4 metabolised strips in the set and a thin strip of tape, which I assume is probably meant to be used for the lower part of the blind and sticking to the top of the door, but again, this is a bit hit and miss, as the inner top part of the door of Skoda Kodiaq, is covered with textured plastic and nothing sticks to it!So, having tried, I abandoned the idea. I can see it working for some vehicles and not others and the only way to find out is to try. As this could work in principle, I have awarded a generous 4 stars!

I had high hopes for this magnetic car sunshade, but it didn’t work well at all. I tried putting it on my car, but the magnets didn’t hold — it fell off almost immediately. The material feels fine and the size was okay, but it’s useless if it won’t stay in place.Very disappointed with the quality of the magnets. Not recommended unless you want to keep adjusting it every time you use it.

Absolute typical of this lot’s bloody rubbish!! All in bits. Self assembly, God knows how!! Instructions in Chinese and product absolutely lousy quality! If I could give minus 5 score or lower I would! Do not buy this junk!!!!! False advertising as usual!!
