It feels solid and the buttons feel substantial, it also has a good range. A very good clicker.

The company I work for has all sorts of blocks on any software that you can use on our work laptops so I was pleased to see that all this needed was the dongle to be plugged in and it connected seamlessly. I do a lot of training in my new role and loved the professional feel of using one of these. Worked perfectly to flip back and forth through slides and as a pointer as well.

This is a review of "Presentation Powerpoint Clicker, 2.4G Hz Wireless Remote Presenter with Hyperlink & Volume Remote Control PowerPoint Office Presentation Clicker for Keynote/PPT/Mac/PC/Laptop(NO Battery).I was looking forward to trying this out as my previous clicker has gone walkabout, and was already playing up anyway.Tried it first on my iMac. I immediately got a message from the OS asking me to identify the keyboard I had plugged in before it could be used. Couldn't do that obviously as there were no keyboard keys to use! Tried it next in my Macbook Air M1 - I initially got the same message. Decided to ignore it and try opening a Keynote presentation. After some hesitation, the remote started to work... partially. The main buttons to go forward or back with the slides worked, as did the volume controls (the red pointer obviously works regardless). The black/fullscreen button does nothing in presentation mode. In Keynote itself it will highlight different sections of the presentation, odd and certainly not useful. In the photographs in the Amazon listing, it claims to also have Tab/Enter and Switch Windows controls - it doesn't.There are no instructions supplied, nor could I find any online. Description states "Plug & Play, no need to install software (For Mac, may requires simple set-up)" but it gives no guiodance as to this 'simple' set-up.The remote itself has a nice quality appearance and feel to it, albeit the pen clip I feel is kind of pointless on something like this.Takes a single AAA battery, not supplied.Disappointing then on several fronts. Isn't 'Plug and Play' (on Mac anyway), no instructions, no software available, controls don't all work as they should, doesn't have all the claimed functions.I can't recommend it based on the above.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. This is a pen-sized lightweight wireless presenter with a built-in laser pointer.The 2.4Ghz USB receiver module is stored within the presenter body so you will always have it handy. It's a USB-A type unit so I needed an adapter for my USB-C ports on my computer. Plug in the module and it instantly worked with my Mac using Keynote and Powerpoint.The buttons to advance and go back through the slides are easy to reach with a little raised dot on them so you can feel the buttons in the dark. It is also able to remotely control the volume with a button on the side of the presenter unit. Range appears to be good as I was able to make it work in the larger conference rooms I use.The unit needs a standard AAA size battery to operate, yet this is not supplied.
