The Adapter Cast 1080P wireless HDMI 4K, 5.8G HDMI transmitter and receiver are truly plug and play. I didn't have to download any drivers or software and this makes their use so much more straightforward (there is an app for those who want to set particular transmission channels). The transmitter and receiver devices paired without any problems.The included instruction booklet is detailed and easy to understand, and I had wireless streaming from my laptop to my flatscreen, living room TV working within 15 minutes. The transmitter and receiver devices paired without any problems.I tested the stream with my laptop in an upstairs front bedroom and my TV in the downstairs rear living room and the signal was adequate to handle this. While streaming, I didn't notice any frame slips or buffering issues.Be aware that you will need to power both the transmitter and receiver with their own respective 5 Volt/2 amp power supply; the cables for this are supplied.

Setting up this wireless HDMI transmitter was surprisingly straightforward. I was expecting some tech headaches, but nope—plugged it in, and boom, my laptop screen was casting to the TV within seconds. No fiddling with complicated settings. Even when I tested it at around 150 feet away, the connection stayed strong, which was impressive.One of my favorite parts is how portable it is. This review is for the 'WELUSOPU Wireless HDMI, 5.8G HDMI Wireless Adapter Plug and Play | Cast 1080P@60Hz Video to Multiple TVs, Projector, Monitor | Perfect for Laptop & Camera, 50M'. I was sent these wireless HDMI adaptors free of charge from the Amazon Vine program for my review.The adaptors come well packaged in a retail box which includes the adaptors themselves, USB cables for power plus a mini and micro HDMI adaptor. One adaptor is the dedicated transmitter, one the receiver, and these are clearly marked on the front of each unit.One thing that immediately affected my tests and is worth noting, is that the male HDMI cable is hardwired into each adaptor, and there is no female-female converter included. This prevented me from testing by using an Amazon Fire stick or by pulling the cable out of my PC or TV and plugging into one of these. It was necessary to plug the adaptor directly into the back of my PC to carry out this test. However, thanks to the included HDMI to mini adaptor, it was really easy to test using my 15 inch portable monitor and walking around the house.To test, I played some high quality video from my PC and wandered around. I found that these worked through the thick exterior walls of my house extension, and were able to maintain a good signal through 3 rooms, about 15-20m from source before loosing signal. I would fully expect these to maintain a signal in a 50m area without walls. I noticed absolutely no issue with signal quality using these, and the signal would maintain until the last moment.Im very happy with this product, and will be enjoying some easy couch gaming thanks to casting the signal from my PC.

It is super easy to stream movies, play games, and share videos with my friends and family. Let me tell you all about my experience with this cool gadget.First off, setting it up was a breeze. It's truly plug-and-play—no apps, Bluetooth, or drivers needed. I just plugged the transmitter into my laptop and the receiver into our living room TV. It was ready to go. The sleek LED display is really handy, too. It shows real-time updates on signal strength, connection status, and power, so I always know what's going on.The picture quality is amazing. I thought these devices were going to be a bit of a faff to get working - I expected to be finding and installing apps, entering network settings and the like, pairing things with other things and then trying to get everything to speak to each other. Not the case as it turns out.After powering them up and making sure your source is playing into the TX one and any RX are plugged into screens things pretty much happen without any dramas.The main reason I ordered the kit is to broadcast the signal from my blu-ray player (that is wired into my stereo) througout the house so I can watch videos in one of the other rooms. I set everything up and I have to say I am very happy with the results - there isnt any noticable difference between the quality of the pictures in any of the rooms so thats a success. I'm not aufais with the whole technical resolution thing so I dont know if the stated figures are correct - I believe that if you are transmitting the output of a laptop or computer you may have to set the resolution to be compatible with the transmitter, but I dont know whether that is actually the case.There is an app available to download which allows you to alter the channels of the transmitter and receivers which I guess is handy but you can also view what is being transmitted on whatever devices you have the app downloaded on so you can have TVs and phones and tablets all on at onceThis is a great little kit, it isn't cheap but it is very useful and most importantly (to me at least) easy to set up.
