Arrived on time, easy to assemble and works well. The only negative thing is adjusting the pull cords to your personal length is a little difficult.

I got this for my daughter as a gift, and here's what she says about it:I finally got this set up in my exercise room, and I really like it. I just started with the various exercises this machine supports, and it holds up really well. This is a rugged machine, and I'm going to need that ruggedness, as I use the various setups it offers, while doing the various exercises.The workout machine is easy enough to set up, but it takes some time. If you get it, you're likely going to want to find a permanent place for it, as I have.The ruggedness is the key thing, and this WINDFOOT Foldable Pilates Reformer Workout Machine just feels sturdy, rugged and durable.My dad got this for me and I'm thrilled that he did.Recommended.

This is my first Pilates reformer. It is very beginner friendly but I wish I had spent more for one with springs. It is very heavy and difficult to fold up on my own. My husband has to help me fold and move it. Also not the quickest to fold up but it is nice for space that it folds up. The bands are nice but in certain work outs it would be nicer to have a reformer with more weight resistance. With all the bands the total resistance is 107 pounds (1 yellow 15lbs, 2 black 20 lbs, and 2 red 26 lbs). Overall happy with the purchase, but wishing I’d invested in one with springs and more weight resistance.

The instructions to put this together were a pain. I was able to put it together using my common sense and my previous experiences of other gym equipment. The build quality is great. Has weight to it but the wheels help move it into places for use and storage. I love it cause I can put it up against a wall after use. Great for a home gym with limited space. They could have done a better job with the instructions and instruction pictures. Also better job with labeling. That being said didn’t take me long to put it together. I didn’t it by myself. It is better to have an extra hand. So I would recommend two people putting this together for safety. It’s not light.
