As a business owner I have previous experience that placing a qr code in a prominent position - for example around till, serving area - to prompt your customers to leave a review can have a huge impact on your business. This product does exactly this in an affordable package. The stickers require you to complete a registration process - which put me off first, but it shouldn't have. You need to give them an email address (any will do) and a name (any will do) and create a password. Then you need to either find your business on google maps, or if you have the link ready, just paste it in the field and it's all done. The qr code and nfc chip get set up the same time, they're linked together. The reason for the initial registration is to allow you to configure the qr sticker later on. For example, if you accidentally selected the wrong business, you can change this. Or if you start a new business and want to use the same sticker, no need to buy another one, just re-configure your existing sticker. After the initial 2 minute setup, the qr code worked flawlessly as well as the nfc chip. Some reviewers mention that the nfc is unreliable - sure you need to find the sweet spot on your phone, which might take a few seconds, but once I knew how it's done, it worked for me every single time. One thing to note that some level of technological understanding is required from your customers too. This qr code/nfc works perfectly if your customer has a google account and they are logged in on their phone. Which should be the majority of android users, but this will vary from region to region. If your clientele is mostly of older people, be ready to help out setting things up for them in order to get reviews. If they don't have an account, they'd need to get one etc. But if everything is set up correctly for your customer, then it should be a matter of seconds to get a new review. I think this is a good product and any difficulty that one can experience comes from business owners/customers not understanding how google accounts/reviews work.

These are a good size and easy to set up with your preferred web destination. BUT…The NFC is unreliable. Works maybe 1/5 taps.I don’t know if the magnet on my phone case messed with the chip, but many phones have this so it would definitely be a design flaw. AND the advert says the preferred surface is metal, but the in package instructions say to avoid metal as it may interfere with the chip…so?

Setting these up was pretty straight forward by following the instructions included and telling the web page where to direct people once the QR Code is scanned.The NFC part however is less impressive and unresponsive, it's hit and miss whether it will work or not. Given that this product isn't cheap, you'd at least expect it to be able to perform it's basic tasks.For the price point, I don't think the price reflects the value of the product well enough, I am assuming the high price is more for the redirection of the QR Codes once scanned. Given that there are QR Code generators available that will direct straight to your target URL I don't think this product represents good value.
