Please see the photos included with this review. The bag when empty weighs just 688g – which is not heavy at all for a dry bag of this size. That is likely because the material does not feel as thick as some other dry bags I own but it is waterproof nonetheless and will last if looked after. The bag when empty has dimensions of around 68cm h x 44cm w x 20cm d.There is a zipped pocket on the outside front which is around 28cm h x 22cm w.The bag has padded shoulder and back straps (padding is fairly limited and of ok quality) and there is adjustable chest and waist straps. To do the bag up you need to roll the top 2-3 times over and then hook the clips into each other in the middle of bag or to both of the left and right side clips – depending upon what shape you want the bag to be (per photos of both examples). Then clip the strap over top of bag for extra protection.I happily recommend this bag to anyone that wants a bag that is completely waterproof that can be worn as a backpack and that with 35L of storage capacity can fit a lot inside.I feel current selling price of £25 is good value. Also comes with a waterproof phone case. Worth pointing out that it is not one that is designed to float but it is free with the dry bag and an added bonus.

This bag is massive! Before I have had to take two of these, when paddle boarding to get all the family’s stuff in them. Now I can get them all in here and it has the added benefit of having rucksack style straps on the back! Brilliant! The quality of the bag is good and the stitching on the straps is solid. The fold down works well and keeps the water out and the bag is definitely waterproof. It also comes with a handy phone case, which is pretty cool.Looks smart, works as intended and is of great quality. Would definitely recommend!

I have owned a number of waterproof or dry bags in the past. The normal closure method for these bags is to roll down the top and then connect the two sides of the top together to form a loop. This bag offers that neck closure option, but interestingly also offers the option of connecting the two top corners to buckles at the side of the bag. This removes the large loop at the top of the bag and makes it far more practical for use as a rucksack. There is an additional strap at the top centre of the bag for keeping the rolled section in place. The rucksack straps are non-removable and fairly light-weight. There is an additional chest strap.I rolled up the bag and connected it to the side fasteners as per the instructions ensuring that there was plenty of air inside the bag. I then tried to squeeze out the air to see if I could detect any leaks, which I couldn’t. The bag therefore appears to be airtight and I can be reasonably confident that it will also therefore be watertight. This is not the sort of bag that I would want to use primarily as a rucksack as the rubber material sits close to the back and would quickly become sweaty and uncomfortable. For use in water sports to keep dry gear dry however, it is fairly practical and the rucksack straps allow for hands-free carrying when you are also dealing with other gear such as kayaks, SUPs or dingys.

I ordered this in anticipation of an upcoming trip to Canada and Niagara Falls where I expect quite a lot of water and I want to protect my day pack. I tested the bag by filling it full of scrunched up paper towels and closing it up then hitting it with garden hose for a few minutes. When I removed the paper towels, there was no sign of any water having got inside. The backpack strips are quite thin which makes the bag lightweight, but also could mean that it goes a little uncomfortable on long days. However, if comfort is of the uplast importance, I think the fact that the backpack is made out of waterproof material is going to end up with a sweaty back first before the straps start cutting into you. However, this is par for the course with a waterproof backpack.Apart from the zip pocket on the outside, the inside is just one large void. There are no internal pockets or dividers for your stuff, which in one way is useful in that you can pack whatever you like inside. But on the other hand, it can mean that smaller items will probably fall to the bottom.Realtor glacier does a good job of keeping the water out. I like the tube. I have clips to fold it first before you then roll it down to make absolute sure that water would have the longest possible journey to be able to work its way into the bag.I wouldn't want to immerse the bag and test it that way. However, for heavy rain splash ears that sort of thing it should be perfect. So it'll say nice and easy to clean. So if you're on, let's say a mountain bike and it got splashed with mud. Just an easy wipe down would clean it.

It's a waterproof duffel bag made of heavy gauge PVC. Has a strong PVC smell. This will be great for on-the-water activities like sailing or kayaking [where you can stow the bag rather than wear it] - a safe, waterproof receptacle for your belongings.I also had high hopes that I would be able to use this when trekking or cycling as shown in the pictures. However, as it's basically a large bag made of welded-seam PVC, I'm afraid that carrying it on my back for any length of time is going to be pretty uncomfortable.Taking out an ordinary rucksack, even with a mesh separator from my back, causes a damp patch on my back from trapped transpiration.Even with a breathable jacket, having a thick layer of PVC against my back is not going to be comfortable. However, it's pretty strongly made, I think, and the waterproof phone case, which is separate to the main bag, is a thoughtful addition.I just don't think it's going to be suitable for wearing for any vaguely strenuous activity due to the condensation of transpiration on my back. That being said it will be excellent for taking on board when I'm sailing. I'm not sure it would be waterproof if immersed, and I'm not going to try that. However I would expect it to be buoyant, so if dropped in the water, it should be, hopefully, easy to retrieve with contents dry and intact. So - great for sailing or any activity during which you can stow it. But not really practical for wearing during strenuous activities, smells very strongly of PVC, and I I'm afraid I don't really like the "35l Waterproof Bag" labelling.Good value for money for sailors or kayakers. Not much use for runners, cyclists or skiers.
