Weber's Smoky Mesquite is absolutely the best seasoning we have tried. Flavorful, spicy and consistently fresh and aromatic, we use it on all steaks, chicken, pork ribs, burgers and even on seared tofu when our vegetarian friends dine with us. I trim the food item to be grilled, removing as much visible fat and sinew as I can, then sprinkle Weber's seasoning on and let this sink in for about 30 minutes to one hour. Thanks to my husband's expertise at the grill, it all comes out perfect with Weber's Smoky Mesquite. We also tried it on grilled salmon and baked catfish with pleasing results. De-lish! (Sprinkle lightly for low salt diets, as salt is a primary ingredient...)
