Hi there I have just opened this although I ordered back in May, to discover the the whole punch doesn’t line up so therefor only cuts half a hole. Can you please email me to send a replacement please

The hole punching part broke (see photo) when attempting to hole punch a few pages at the same time within the size of the hole punch gap (probably equating to half the size of the gap). Do not buy this one. Get one with better quality unless you just need to punch a maximum of 3 pages at a time… I bought it in April and only used it in the past couple of months
