I hate to say it (as I am an avid Volcom lover) but these pants just aren't it. Burton makes better sizes. I bought BOTH a L & XL as I was in between sizes. XL fit fine around the hips but WAY too long and I'm 5'7. I currently have a pair of volcom snowpants that i've been wearing for at LEAST 5 winters straight. I don't want to get rid of them but am being forced to, as they are now starting to fall apart (small rips, seams are about to go and waterproofing is all gone). Not ONLY did Volcom change their sizing (the pants I currently have are an L and they are LOOSE), but the style of the same pant has changed. Buyer be WARE that these are extremely FLARE at the boot and look ridiculous. Not worth the $100 (and I thought this was a steal too). Don't even bother purchasing, you'll surely be dissapointed.

These seem to be cut tight at the waist. I am tall and the pants were still too long. I sized up a size and they did not fit (too tight!!!). The waist also seems to be cut low...I want a pant that is going to sit high on my waist when I ski, not a low waist. Back they go

The snap on these cool looking camo design pants did not hold. Everytime I took a breath seemed they would snap open. Didn't care for the Extra wide leg either, felt unsafe, especially when wearing all the bulky equipment to ski. Loved the look not the fit.

I’m a size 4 with a thicker lower body and the mediums were too big. The small is a little tight on the thighs, but you can unzip the inner seems and it doesn’t look weird. Love the color and the bottoms aren’t too baggy.
