My budgie is a little scaredy cat, he's still getting used to it, but I know he'll love it once he realizes it won't eat him lol. I like it though, its a neat "twist" on a normal perch. Seems pretty sturdy, and it's easy to put together. Only minor complaint is that the base is slightly crooked, and I'm not sure how long the twine will stay put on the four perches (it's slightly loose), but it's not a big deal.

My birds did not like this toy at all. They have similar ones that they love - but for whatever reason- they refuse to go near this one it is is in the enclosure. I don't know if it was due to them having their first egg or other reason - but this one was a no go for my birds. It was very easy to install with just the tightening of a nut and the size is right for a parakeet, but mine just personally wanted nothing to do with it.
