I used this fillet knife to carve my first turkey this Christmas and it worked like a charm. It made me seem like a pro in front of my friends and family and we were all impressed with the quality of the kit. It comes in a nice storage case complete with charger, removable battery, and different blades. I like that the blade is easily removable which makes cleaning a breeze. The blades are sharp, so they require caution when handling, but they come with plastic wrap encased overtop. I used this over multiple days and it still had a healthy charge at the end of the holidays. It's a bit pricey, but it's a nice kit.

I got this as a gift, and it’s definitely a handy tool, especially for anyone who works with fish or meat regularly. The cordless design makes it super convenient you don’t have to deal with tangled cords while cutting. The variety of blades is a nice bonus, making it versatile enough for different types of cuts, whether it’s filleting fish or slicing through meat. The non-slip grip handle feels secure, and the safety lock gives added peace of mind when using it. It’s easy to control and does the job well, but I do feel the price is a bit high for what it offers. If you’re looking for something reliable and multi-purpose, this is a solid option, but there might be more budget-friendly alternatives out there.

I recently had the chance to try out the VLOXO Electric Fillet Knife, and it was a surprisingly smooth experience. The knife comes with a non-slip grip handle which made it comfortable and secure to hold, even for extended periods. Using it to fillet fish was straightforward and quite efficient. When it comes to the blades, I was impressed with their quality and sharpness. The two Ti-Nitride coated blades handled the filleting with ease, cutting through fish without any trouble. They didn't stick or cause any mess, which I appreciated. The practicality of the entire package, including the handy storage bag, was a nice touch. It kept everything organized and easy to carry. I also found the rechargeable feature very convenient, eliminating the hassle of constantly replacing batteries.Pros:Comfortable non-slip grip handleSharp, non-stick Ti-Nitride coated bladesPractical storage bag includedRechargeable, no need for constant battery replacementsCons:A bit on the pricey sideTakes a bit of time to charge fullyThe VLOXO Electric Fillet Knife is a solid choice for anyone who needs a reliable tool for filleting fish. It's well-designed, effective, and user-friendly. While it might be a bit expensive, the convenience and performance it offers make it worth considering.

I've tried a couple of these knives. Some are junk, some are fine. This one's fine, though the price point is midway between the cheap ones and the name brand ones.Blade speed etc seems to make little difference, but this one runs as smooth as any I've used.I have used ones that were horrible quality in terms of the knife insertion - this one works fine that way.Comes with two blades, which exactly enough for my purposes. I have one with 5 blades, no idea what to do with about three of them.Since fillet knives are mostly just two blades running together, and there's not much difference in that, the biggest single factor in these knives is comfort. If the handle is uncomfortable, it's an immediate problem if you're filleting a lot of panfish - which I do frequently. Happy to say, the handle on this one is fine. That right there IMO means it's a fine fillet knife.summary: it works fine, it's comfortable and reasonable quality. Only one battery is a drawback, and the price point is a bit high, there may be ones of similiar quality at a lower price.Lastly, if you're looking for cheap cheap cheap and NOT cordless, the cheapest thing is one of those grandma's 1970's electric carving knife ($5 on marketplace everywhere) and a cheap set of fillet blades (fillet blades fit those electric carving knives). That's what I used for years before I decided to pay the extra for cordless.
