Die Schokolade hat immer die gleiche Temperatur, habe die ganze Weihnachtskekse gedunkt, es ist echt toll damit gegangen. Zum empfehlen

It worked great for the first few months. When it stopped working I contacted their customer support. Since they aren't in the same time zone or country they responded to me at 2am and 4am, there was no way of speaking to anyone and after weeks of trying to get help under THEIR 12 month warranty I finally gave up!

That is the literal response from Vevor today. I told them that I set the gauge to 46-48C and wait for the heating light to turn off, I then put the cacao butter in and check the temp with an infrared sensor and it’s at 60C, ruined. It then takes 2-3 hours for the temp to reach 46-48C with the machine turned off. I emailed Bevor about it and they said, “here’s our solution, just don’t turn it up so high”, completely disregarding the fact that their gauge is useless. I’m going to look for a product that has a working temperature gauge. Customer service doesn’t understand the importance of exact temperature when tempering chocolate. I gave it 2 stars because it does heat up, it’s basically like having a large double boil, and does keep the chocolate melted throughout. But relatively useless otherwise.
