Great quality product. However, I wish the drain platform was adjustable to allow taller dogs to sit lower in tub.

Had to use all band new plumbing because what they sent us with was very cheap and it didn't have everything. Came in a super beat up card board box. The top of it has sharp holes in it that sliced my finger open when i was trying to set it up. Ive been using it 1 day a week since i purchased it in march and I've been cleaning it every time i use it and drying it but it still gets rusty spots. the door has also completely fallen off and the track the wheels are on snapped off after the first use and i bathe small dogs only. Very disappointed

Overall, a good tub however I did have to buy different water lines because the ones provided leaked but otherwise I love this tub! Makes things so much easier!

Everything was exactly as described. It was easy to put together, no missing pieces. Fits perfectly inside my grooming van. Perfect size for big dogs.

So i love that they were thoughtful to be sure there were no sharp edges. Other similiar tubs i have used didnt resulting in a cut paw and several slashes on my arms. Not with this tub. Lits of added things like the awesone showerhead that i wasnt sure i would like but i love it so much im going to see about getting a second one in case. My only dislike is the steps. I have tried them with several dogs and have not had one use them. I wish they would Lock in place somehow when you pull them out. But all in all you cannot beat this tub for the quality and the amazing price!!! I mean they even give you plumbers tape, a brush, some awesone glives and rubber ball. Although i think a rubber dog ducky would be perfection. Lol.
