Sturdy, you're not gonna really feel like you're gonna break these.... Supports practically any weight , normal height for a office chair and was very easy to put together, perfect dimensions meant the screws lined up perfectly.Only draw back I found was that my chair now has a off center of gravity as the Rollers on the legs arent as far apart as my old one... If I lean forward I may tip, but thats on me and your results will vary based on your chair.Doubt ill have to buy another one any time soon so very good bang for the buck and the cylinder doesn't deflate as i sit in it all day.

Unfortunately, the plate did not fit on my chair, so I had to figure out separating the piston from my old plate, but once that was done everything fit together well.For anyone wondering, the plate measurements (10" and 6") on the second image are actually the spacing between the holes; not the full dimensions of the plate. Though I don't think they're quite exactly those numbers . Full size of the plate is approximately 11"x7".

While the top frame didnt fit my Ak racing chair, I was able to use the piston and base. I like that the base is sturdy and the wheels are smaller. Measurements should be included for the base holes.
