We’ve had this for a few months now and we love it!! We used to use a very small coffee/herb grinder to make our rice flour. It served its purpose but we realized how much flour we actually use on a weekly/bi-weekly basis making so much food from scratch. We noticed we needed a bigger size grain mill to process our rice flour. It grinds the rice down in literally no time at all and we don’t usually need to grind it more than once. I can’t speak for other items that people use to make flour as we don’t use wheat, barley etc for our flour. The size of the mill is absolutely perfect for our needs and we don’t have to break down the rice into small batches as you can grind at least a pound of rice at a time. The price wasn’t bad as we purchased the largest size available on this listing and it was also on sale. Not sure what the price is now or if it’s on sale but trust me it definitely worth it if you are trying to go gluten free and want an alternative to all purpose flour & bread flour to make bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes, gravies, etc. It’s so easy to put together and take part and wipe down. I will say don’t ever immerse this in water you want to just wipe it out with a damp to dry cloth or paper towel—then leave the lid off to air dry, replace the lid and it’s ready for the next use. Also, if you are processing large batches of flour you will definitely need to let it rest once you feel the outside of the mill getting warm. If you don’t you will ruin your machine and your flour.

Sehr stabil und massiv verarbeitet, ein paar Ersatzkohlen liegt - wie einiges anderes Servicezubehör - bei (es ist wohl ein etwas älteres Modell von einem Motor.), aufgrund der 28.000 Umdrehungen pro Minute ist der Apparat natürlich schrill und laut.Man solle eine Art „Endreinigung“ mit Reis und Teeblättern machen, beides zermahlen - es war staubfein…!Leider habe ich die Maschine gekauft, um Marzipan herzustellen, vulgo: Mandeln zu mahlen… Das Ergebnis ist leider absolut mangelhaft.Es bleiben ganze Mandeln, wie auch Mandelstaub übrig, die man aber wegen des Ölgehalts nicht trennen/sieben kann. In der (leider nur englischen) Bedienungsanleitung steht das, aber die konnte ich vor dem Kauf weden sehen, noch übersetzen (lassen).Wollte man Pfeffer en masse mahlen - super (wer aber hat keine Pfeffermühle?? 😋), vielleicht Zimtstangen (einen Mörser hat vielleicht dann doch nicht jede/r), nur Nüsse und Mandeln - Fehlanzeige.Ich nehme dafür jetzt wieder meine (kleinere) Mini-„Moulinette“…

Appareil de grande qualité et conforme au descriptif. Fonctionne parfaitement avec les volumes et l'intensité prévue.Commandé le 28/02 pour une livraison standard gratuite dimanche. je ne sais pas par quel miracle la livraison a eue lieu le jour même...

Marche très bien, efficace! je l'utilise pour faire de farine à partir du maïs (100% français sans OGM) histoire de réduire le gluten dans mes repas. (pas de gluten dans le maïs)
