After we had completed about half the rug we discovered there was not enough wool to allow us to complete the project. We contacted the seller who apparently contacted the manufacturer about the problem but by the middle of May we have still not received the missing wool and the result was that we spent about £20 extra in sourcing wool elsewhere.We consider the customer service to be poor and so would not recommend this product.

This is an excellent kit, and great fun to do. The canvas is printed with the design, and all the wool divided neatly into well marked bundles.
