I took a chance upon a review that mentioned these are 'metallic' in the hope that despite the generic picture used across the net that these are genuinely made out of metal as the plastic ones keep on cracking, snapping etc and generally not durable and come as standard with any boiler. having received these metal ones and installed them I know I won't have that problem again. BY THE WAY these we're not great advertised as per the picture in comparison to a better advertised with the correct picture online but they were half the price of the well advertised ones. very happy with my purchase & my saving. The point is.....REVIEWS do matter if all else fails!
