XR849534 is meant to be an automatic transmission rear mount used on Jaguar V8 supercharged cars. This is the Jaguar Classic Parts number reference. This URO version is meant to be OEM i.e to the orginal specification. I can tell you now that it is not. It may look identical but it becomes immediately obvious when starting the car and driving it that it is far from OEM...The positives: It looks the same as the orginal part and presumably will be tough enough to survive for a good number of years. The part was easy to fit following Jaguar workshop procedure using a reputable Jaguar Master Technician of some 30 years experienceThe negatives: absolutely NO noise, vibration, or harshness calibration has been completed for ths product. As a direct consequence, cars fitted with this part will experience excessive vibration transmitted into the passenger comparment to the extent that passengers will comment on it. The noise intrusion is excessive: it sounded like half my exhaust had fallen off. Lots of droning noise frequencies, clonks and knocks.The end result is that I requested my old orginal transmission mount from 2003 be refitted even though it is deteriorating. This experience wasted £248 in labour charges plus the cost of this useless part that I'm no longer able to return or ask for a refund.
