Works okay just wish the box wasn’t ripped and bent up. I keep the box for storage for all my little pieces. I model can’t just have it tossed in a bag. I’ll use a ghetto little ziplock bag lol.. the adhesive didn’t rip my skin like other tapes have!

I have been a loyal K-Tape user for years but thought I’d try this for the price point as k-tape is over $20 a roll. I read some reviews saying this tape was hard to take off and i will say it does stick well but that’s what I’m looking for! I don’t want to be playing tennis with tape falling off my body! AND to take it off you shouldn’t rip it like a bandaid but if possible, gently use both hands; one to hold your skin down and the other to gently pull a small amount at a time from skin. If it’s in a spot you can not remove yourself ask the person removing to use both hands. I always gently tug downward instead of upward as well. If it’s side to side just take it off gently don’t rip off! You can also wet the tape before taking off. If this continues to work this well I’ll be making a permanent switch. 4 rolls for the price of 1! That’s a no brainer.Update- this tape is best taken off in the shower when it’s wet. Make sure you take off any glue remnants from the last time you used it or it’s extra hard to get off as the glue is put on top of more glue.

I sprained my ankle over 2 months ago and snapped something inside. It is still painful and swollen. I went to PT and they used KT tape after the session. My insurance did not cover PT so I purchased this tape to wrap/support my ankle. It has helped a lot to reduce pain, support my ankle and allow me to walk around more. This tape stays stuck for days until removed. It lasts through showers, wearing shoes and sleeping. The fabric is strong, not flimsy. I think it works as well as or better than KT brand. I bought another brand (patterned- to add some pizazz) and it did not stick past a few hours. Fell off after I showered. I will buy this one again. Great quality that does not fall off until you take it off.

I've only recently been introduced to using kinesiology tape. I've been using KT tape to support my ankle specifically (grade 1 sprain). I think this tape is ok. The adhesive is strong which is a good thing since you don't want the edges to peel up when you are doing any activity. The stretch and support is just average. Not quite as stretchy or supportive as other brands that I've used. The price reflects the quality of this product. Overall still satisfied.

I just recently started using tape on my knees. The adhesion with this tape appears to hold well (which has been a downfall with my other experiences with waterproof tape). So far so good. I will update if I find the adhesive doesn't stick well to my skin. I followed the instructions that were included with the tape. This is a different technique than I had previously used and I'm not sure that this technique will offer the support that I had been using but I'm willing to try it because it is a lot easier. The tape isn't super thick but not as thin as my previous purchase - I prefer a thicker tape but not bulky - so this one fits the bill.
