This great for toning down the power/current from an e-bike battery and manage it for lights. It adds a degree of isolation from the battery’s direct current.

These seem very well made, though its impossible to know how good the internal components are. With a 12v supply, I was getting bang on 24v out of it. The connecting cables are beefy and I've never noticed any appreciable heat off the exterior housing. It's been used in a damp environment and does not seem affected by it. My only criticism is the size, it's proper chunky.

You dont get any kind of paper work with this ,Its 2 1/2" square and 1" thick with 5" lengths of wire.Red and yellow are pos and black are negNo connectors.Appears to be fairly weather proof.Quite basic but useful for running a wire from a (Max 32 v) solar panel to a 12 v gadget providing you only need 36 watts at max.
