Have bought to use WFH but my mute bottom doesn’t work and they are u comfortable on the ears to wear for long periods.

My employer only likes to proved bluetooth headsets now - which I forget to charge. So I needed a USB headset that would give some protection from my dog's frequent barking and would work well for Teams calls.I've had no issues with this headset so far and have been using it for quite a while.I have numerous piercings in the tops of both my ears, and this headset doesn't pinch them and leave me in pain.There's been no deterioration in the plastic or the padding on the earpieces.Most importantly - whilst people I'm on calls with have had no problems hearing me, whenever I've apologised for my dog, they've always said they couldn't hear her - MARVELLOUS!

I mainly use headsets for work - I am online meetings for much of the day.My previous headphones were bluetooth - but with every bluetooth headset I have ever owned they are fine 95% of the time, but then seem to randomly disconnect, or the mic stops working. So I decided to go back to wired.And sure enough, these work 100% of the time. The sound quality is good for meetings, the mic picks up my voice well.The only things I would ask them to change to make them 100% brilliant are:1. the padding at the top band. There is some padding but not loads, and after a few hours it did feel a little uncomfortable on the top of my head.2. add a little lateral adjustment to the ear section of the headsets. They are fixed in position - which is good in some ways: I think they will last longer - but sometimes I'll pull the headset back a bit to allow one ear to breath, and the angle against my ear does not adjust.These are relatively minor things, and for a headset at this price range I think they are great, and would recommend to others.

I urgently needed a headset so took a gamble that this one would last for a couple of days till I could get a new bluectooth and am i pleased i did! The sound quality is fantastic with people commenting that they could finally hear me loud and clear. So light and comfy to wear and with a wonderfully long lead which means I can bop round the office with them on..okay not too far but in comparison to the good make bluetooth headset I had well there is none. These win hands down. I cancelled the order for the new overly heavy Bluetooth and bought another one of these instead.
