Pessimo.materiale scadente,non veritiero nella descrizione. Tirando le funi si muove appena.e in ultimo e non meno importante non si può rendere in posta,ma andare nei punti dhl appositi.per nulla comodi x chi abita in montagna e deve farsi minimo 30 km ....

The waist whisperer is easy to use and I’ve seen some results just after a month. If you change your posture whilst on it you can work different muscle groups like bum and legs. Be sure not to hurt your back. This was great value for money and it’s really well made.

I recently ordered the Waist Whisper Waist Twisting Disc, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. The disc does feel a bit cheap and flimsy at first, but surprisingly, it holds my weight well, and I'm on the heavier side. The resistance bands and foot massage feature are nice additions, making my home workouts more enjoyable.For the low price, you really do get what you pay for. It's an affordable way to add some cardio and waist shaping exercises to your routine without breaking the bank. Just don't expect top-tier quality, and you won't be disappointed. Four stars!

Just received my item. Opened it and notice the sides of the balance ropes look worn out. Not very happy!
