no polymer clay cutters are perfect I've bought a million they all are a little different and require a little different technique and sometimes thinking outside the box but if I can take these cutters and end up with the picture in my review then I'm happy! And the price is right!

I like that these cut very clear shapes into the clay even though they are thicker than I would have expected. I mostly got them to make the cow earrings but I've used the cactus too and it looks nice.

The designs are “cute” when you first see them but once I actually started using them I realized real quick that I didn’t like these at all.- the crayons: are TINY!, the “lines” that would be black are not symmetrical, there is one line on one side and two lines on the other side. They look weird. And this cutter was horrible at cutting, it’s not a clean cut, left so much sanding to do.- the two pencils: cute concept, and would work for someone that wants to paint the different colors, but doesn’t work for those that want to use actual different colors of clay. I did different colors and had to use a blade to cut the different sections out and put on a white background. Such a hassle. Need to have different cutters for the different parts and a base cutter.- the scissors: the “hole” where fingers would go isn’t an actual cut out, just an indent, I had to use a circle cutter to cut it out, just an extra step I shouldn’t have to do. There is also no line to be able to do the handle and blade two different colors. Very basic.The apple wasn’t horrible but the same issue with not being able to make the leaf and stem with different colors.None of the cutters I’ve used so far cut clean, there is so much sanding to do.
