A new highway code rule requires dogs to be properly restrained in your car - a good idea, as a 20kg projectile hitting the back of your head in the even of an accident is likely to kill you.I had a Travall guard in my previous car, a Grand Scenic, and found it very good - once the tensioning bars were bent to the correct shape.Before buying this for my Kadjar I tried a £30 "universal" guard - a false economy, the plastic hooks broke immediately, so it was sent back to the Amazon Marketplace seller. So I did what I should have done first, and ordered the Travall.The guard is is supplied with a kit of bars, bolts and thumb-turn nuts to fit it to the car. The fitting kit is annoyingly vacuum shrunk onto a sheet of cardboard, which in turn is glued to the inside of the carton. A real pain to unpack, it required a craft knife and a lot of swearing.The instructions are poor, and the most important part - which way the U-shaped supports are fitted - is indistinct. A label marking "front" would be a good idea on the parts. Because the guard fits into the window recess on each side behind the C pillar, the supports on one side must be screwed together with it in place. Fiddly. The instructions show the tensioning rods passing between the bottom of the guard and the parallel metal bar (boot liner mount?) but the design appears to have changed and this is not possible as illustrated. Still works though.For £100 more than the "universal" guard I expected a high quality product - which I got - and simple instructions to install it - which I didn't get.

The dog guard is really well made and solid. It also fits really well.It is a bit awkward to fit due to the small back windows in our Kadjar Part from that 5 stars thank you.

I went for this one after seeing previous reviews. It is the most expensive but I didn't want to hear bangs and rattles when driving. Very sturdy and rattle free. Takes about 20mins start to finish. Added bonus that it doesn't attach to the seats so you can still fold them down with out removing the guard.

Beim Einbau musste man 2-3 mal schauen das man es richtig herum einsetzt. Dann hat mal kurz eine 3. Hand gefehlt. Allgemein aber einfach einzubauen, kein Bohren und Schrauben nötig. Das ist der Vorteil gegenüber dem von Renault. Die Qualität scheint zu stimmen. Bin zufrieden.

Super Trenngitter, einfacher Einbau ohne am Auto etwas zu bohren. Absolut passgenau und macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Nichts wackelt oder klappert. Zumal auch sehr einfach wieder zu entfernen wenn man es dann mal nicht braucht.

Pas si facile que cela à installer (il ne faut pas tout visser les fixations avant l'installation), mais une fois compris ( la notice n'est pas terrible), ça tient nickel et ça semble costaud. A voir dans le temps.
