My second Tilley, first still going strong but wanted a spare. Great quality, comfortable, durable and keeps shape. Well worth the high price

We spend 3 months snowbirding to southern Arizona. Love the blue skies and sunshine compared to the gray cold days in Illinois. However the bright Arizona sun can darn near blind you so used to use a baseball cap but now using this hat as it blocks light from all directions not just the front. I am a photographer and this hat blocks light from side which is great when camera is to eye. When the sun is low is depth is added to the image but without the hat it can be hard to view finder. The dark blue color helps dampen the light too.

The fit is fantastic and true to size. The Tilley is lightweight, comfortable, and the vent keeps you cool. It is the best packable hat I have ever owned!
