The bottom colour/ glaze is beautiful but the lit doesn't match it. Maybe the pot is good in its use but I will never know.. I can't look at this dismatch the rest of my live.

I've always loved Donabe but this one misses the mark. Beautiful materials & quality except the pieces don't match ... as there are different versions of glazes there may be an issue with the packaging - IDK all I know is it doesn't match any of the pictures, and the lid should match the base. The base is beige but the lid is grey. Personal preference, but mix-match doesn't work for me especially since this would be on open display between uses, so will be sending it back.
