Nach knappen 10 Monaten der täglichen Dauernutzung, auch im Wald, denn dafür soll der Urban Glide 2 ja schließlich gemacht sein, fing das Teil an Schrauben an mehreren Stellen zu verlieren. Somit ist zum Beispiel das vordere Schutzblech locker gewesen, der Sitz war nicht mehr in seiner Neigung einstellbar und hat somit die gesamte Nutzung stark eingeschränkt. Ich habe das ganze provisorisch durch „Baumarkt Schrauben“ gefixt.Nachdem ich die Thule Hotline kontaktieren wollte, musste ich feststellen, dass es gar keine Möglichkeit gibt Thule telefonisch zu erreichen. LOL! Bei einem so teuren Produkt keinen vernünftigen Support zu haben ist ein Witz! Lediglich eine Email kann man schreiben.Nachdem dann auch noch die Halterung zum Zusammenfalten des Kinderwagens abgebrochen war (Klappmechanismus dadurch ebenfalls unbrauchbar) und mir aufgefallen ist, dass die linke Seite der Griffbremse SEIT KAUF bereits defekt geliefert wurde (ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass das iwie so sein soll?!) habe ich dann Kontakt mit dem Händler aufgenommen, um einen Umtausch einzuleiten.Jetzt kommt das Beste:Thule möchte gerne, dass ich den Kinderwagen postalisch in ihre Werkstatt schicke, um diesen zu reparieren! Dauer: 3-4 Wochen! Austauschgerät? NATÜRLICH NICHT!!! Krass! Für so viel Geld und dafür keinen Service! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!Unser Händler (zum Glück nicht Thule!) war dann so nett nach 1 1/2 Monaten „Bitte, bitte“ dann doch ein Leihgerät zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dieses kam aber nicht von Thule!Randnotiz: wer sich nicht inkludiertes Zubehör für seinen Urban Glide 2 kaufen will, gibt für Regenschutz und Bumper Bar nochmal zusätzlich knappe 100€ aus! LOL!Nie wieder Thule für uns! Mit Kleinkind eine absolute Zumutung! Zero Service für sehr viel Geld.

This thing is awesome for jogging or anywhere that has uneven terrain. Make sure you lock that front wheel when running as if you go too fast it can start to wobble and get out of alignment and almost caused a crash.

My normal run is a 2 mile loop, with 300 feet of elevation gain along winding roads in a tropical climate, and this stroller works perfectly for those conditions.Springiness in the front wheel lock is awesome:Even with the front wheel locked in place, there is still some springiness in the locking mechanism, allowing the stroller to easily navigate turns with a 15ft radius. This is great for running on winding roads or switchbacks, but probably not ideal for sharp sidewalk corners (but in those scenarios, you can simply keep the front wheel unlocked).Front wheel trim adjustment is critical:The front wheel has a dial that changes its pointing direction by a few degrees left or right. Adjusting this makes a big different in keeping a symmetric stance when running on straight roads. Many strollers don't have this sort of adjustment feature.Sun shade is adjustable, and gives ample coverage:Living in the tropics, we often have unexpected scattered showers. Despite this, we've decided to not get a rain cover. The stroller's shade can be extended quite far, so during light or medium rains, baby mostly stays dry, except his ankles and feet.Handbrake is super super helpful on hills:This stroller is quite heavy, and adding on a 20lb baby means that you're managing around 50 lbs of loaded stroller. This is straightforward on flats, but can be a little scary on hills. Having a handbrake helps me stay in control when going down steeper downhills.The zippered pocket is a nice touch:I used to carry my ID & keys in my pocket while running. But, I now place these in the small zippered pocket in the bottom of the stroller, and I know that everything is secure and won't fall out.Minor nitpick: This is a heavy and big strollerWe have a Hyundai Ioniq hatchback, and the stroller just barely fits in the trunk, even with the back wheels removed. If you have a compact vehicle, double check the stroller's collapsed dimensions. It's also quite heavy, which makes it a bit annoying to move around while folded. This is currently the only stroller we own, and we are seriously considering purchasing a super compact stroller for grocery shopping and other day trips, since this stroller is quite unwieldy for indoor or crowded spaces, or for transporting around every day.

Love this stroller! I’m glad I went with this jogger for a number of reasons: it manoeuvres so easily making sharp turns and awkward movements a breeze, it has a handle break and great park break, lots of storage underneath that is covered and some back pocket storage, big canopy with a peek a boo window and optional mess sides for breathability, folds up quite easily and small especially for a jogger and is a 1 hand fold! It’s light enough to be lifted with one hand, quality is great and the stroller looks really nice and very sleek. I highly recommend this for anyone who does a lot of walking and jogging but also wants something you can take into the grocery store or mall easily.

We love this stroller! You can easily steer with one hand if needed, it turns on a dime. It’s a quality stroller, sturdy. I’m quite short and my spouse is very tall and we can both use this stroller very comfortably. Our little guy loves it as well. We walk everyday and this stroller was very much worth the money. Only draw back is it is quite heavy so it’s a little difficult getting it in and out of my vehicle.

I absolutely love this stroller, it's so smooth and comfortable to use. Easy to collapse and re-open. Not super light weight, however it seems super high quality and durable. Totally worth it!
