I was worried that this might be subpar in quality but I am happy to say that this was a great purchase. The backlight works and the feel and finish of the keyboard are identical to the original Dell keyboard. I could not be happier!

This keyboard is SUPPOSED to be the backlit one. Only 3 of the LEDs work - making it part of the batch of keyboards that have bad LEDs installed. I would return it, but the original keyboard has an important key that has popped off (and the retaining wire inside broken) - so I gotta have a functional keyboard. Backlighting was nice, but not critical.So - I guess I am keeping this keyboard that should not have been sold as a backlit keyboard.BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Perfect replacement for my laptop. Installation was simple. All keys work. All LEDs work. Very pleased! Looks and works like factory original, only new!
