If you are a bit longer through the torso, size up!Remember, it’s crap from China, so it’s made smaller and adequate quality.

Great product, I first ordered the L, but the size was off. I could put it on, but it was a bit tight. I am 5’9” 210, needed an XL or XXL. The sizing here is more for height, since there is nothing that hugs around the waist. Gaining or losing weight would not be an issue as far as fit goes. It does grip nicely around the thighs which lifts the cheeks, but it is not constricting for me. I went ahead and ordered the XL, giving the L to a friend. It’s not super expensive, fortunately. My torso is not long and the XL fits a tiny bit snug, but good. It does not have a lot of stretch, but it definitely does stretch some. I have no doubt the XXL would fit even better. It’s a fun look and feels sturdily made. Doesn’t emphasize the stomach/love handles too much. FYI: the model is wearing a modesty cup to prevent the goods from showing. Nothing is kept secret when wearing this piece. Once again, looks and feels sturdily made, great price. I might order another one in the XXL.
