For $29, this Surface Pen is a steal—well, maybe a polite borrow. It pairs effortlessly with a laundry list of Microsoft gadgets, from the Surface Pro 11 all the way back to the 3 (hello, nostalgia!) and even the fancy 2024 Surface Laptop. The compatibility game is strong with this one.The pen itself? Smooth operator. Writing feels natural, like scribbling on a paper pad but with a high-tech twist. It's lightweight, responsive, and makes note-taking or sketching a joy. The build quality is solid without being hefty, and the magnet attachment keeps it from disappearing into the void of your backpack.But let’s talk quirks. First, the battery life is decent, but I’m convinced it takes a few extra coffee breaks when I need it most. And while it’s great for casual use, hardcore digital artists might find it a tad shy of the precision they crave.Still, at this price, it's hard to complain. If you’re in the market for a no-frills, functional stylus to use with your Microsoft devices, this one does the job (and does it well). Plus, let’s face it—your fingers weren’t going to doodle as gracefully. 4/5 stars.

I got this pen to be able to use on my Kobo Libra Colour. I read that the surface pens work with the device but I wasn't sure how much I would want to use a stylus with the device. I was looking for one to try besides the Kobo stylus. This does work well. I just struggle with the button that changes to the erase feature. It doesn't always work and I'm not sure if that is user error or the pen. The pen comes with a charger cord and some replacement tips. It has a charge that lasts a good amount of time and I haven't charged it in the over week that I've had it. It also sticks with a magnet feature to the front of the device.

I think these probably work very well but they are very limited in what they actually work on. It says they should work on my Dell but they definitely do not. The pen itself feels nice in the hand though, just wish I could have used it.

All the features of the original are present in this pen so it works well. However, while the larger size makes it a bit easier to hold, itcreates an issue because it doesn't fit into the storage slot on my keyboard.When I fold the keyboard, it projects out and creates a small bump that makes it difficult to close it. That being said, it performs just as well as the original.
