I took this bag with me on a 4 day kayaking/camping trip and it was one of the few waterproof bags that I was thoroughly impressed with. I capsized twice over the course of the trip and nothing inside this pack got even a little bit wet. It is also made of thicker material so you have to worry about punctures a lot less. The variety of strap options were also very nice to have.

We recently went kayaking and these bags sure do keep things dry. With all the paddling around, water can get in the boat. The items that were just laying in the kayak storage area, behind the operator, got wet. These bags are lightweight and easy to carry.I got the orange in case it went in the water, easy to see for retrieval.I recommend this dry bag.

This bright orange dry bag feels very well made and is easy to use. It can store all of the items you want to bring on an outdoor adventure and keep them dry and clean. Nice carrying strap and front pocket. Awesome for on the water activities.

Really solidly constructed-- the seams are welded with lots of overlap, and the material is (very) abrasion and puncture resistant. The bag is definitely waterproof; when doing the roll top, you need to collapse the internal volume first since it's airtight and can't expel air anywhere except the main compartment opening. Assuming that it isn't filled with rocks or something else denser than water, this bag will float if submerged. The handle and d-ring attachment points are also well constructed and reinforced, and the material is thick enough that the bag keeps it's shape. The top handle is weight bearing, so you can use it as an easy attachment point for clipping a carabiner and hauling it up a cliff face.Using this as a climbing bag--I like how bright it is, which makes it easy to spot/find outdoors, and also reflects enough sunlight that the inside stays relatively cool. The abrasion resistance for dragging it over rocks is awesome, and the backpack straps are quite comfortable. This isn't an ultralight bag, but it's pretty simple in design and the cylinder shape is material efficient, so it's actually pretty lightweight. The large top opening makes it easy to pack, and I like the cylinder shape which accommodates two pairs of climbing shoes better than other bag shapes I've had. Keeps my climbing stuff dry, and has an external mesh pocket for when I take my shirt off!

I use dry bags for kayak and other water sports and most are a bit flimsy. This bag is thick and well put together. It is a nice size to pack my gear and towels and keeping them dry. I like that it has back pack straps for when I am beach landing and need to carry my gear, further down the beach. It has that option and also a strong handle to carry it with. The front mesh storage is perfect to put wet items, after use. A great price for a quality bag.
